This Privacy Policy explains how LogicAI Developer LLC ("NivorionAI", "we") collects and uses personal data when you use our website and buy our products.
1. Data we collect
Account data: name, email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier from Google; we never receive your Google password.
Order data: purchased products, amounts, billing details you provide (name, company, country, tax ID) and payment status. Card data is handled exclusively by our payment provider.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and download logs, used for security and to prevent abuse of download links.

2. Why we use it
To create and manage your account, process orders, issue license keys and provide downloads (performance of a contract); to answer your requests and provide support; to prevent fraud and secure our services (legitimate interest); and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website (hosting, payment processing, email delivery), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
4. Our software and your data
The products we sell (such as NivorionAI Invoice Studio) run on your own infrastructure or device. Data you enter into them is stored in your database and is never transmitted to NivorionAI.
5. Retention
We keep account and order data while your account is active and for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months.
6. Your rights

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sessions use signed cookies and access to downloads requires authentication. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
