Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are delivered as source code that cannot be returned once downloaded, the following rules apply.
1. Before the first download
If you have not downloaded any package from an order, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
2. After download
Once source code has been downloaded, refunds are granted only if the product is materially not as described and we are unable to fix the problem within a reasonable time after you report it.
3. Services
The Setup service can be refunded in full until the work has started. Once the deployment has been delivered it is non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number (for example NV-1A2B3C4D5E) and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The related license keys are revoked.
5. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
